Welcome to Calufo AI ("Calufo", "we", "us"). By installing or using the Calufo mobile application (the "App"), you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Calufo. If you are under the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Calufo helps you log meals, estimate nutrition, and track progress against goals. Nutrition estimates produced by the App — including those generated by AI from photos — are approximations and may be inaccurate. Calufo is not a medical device and does not provide medical, dietary, or healthcare advice. Consult a qualified professional for any health decisions.
You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials used to access your account and for all activity that happens under it.
You retain ownership of the meal photos, names, and other content you submit ("User Content"). You grant us a non-exclusive license to store and process this content solely to operate the App for you, including sending meal photos to AI providers for nutrition estimation.
You agree not to (a) reverse engineer or interfere with the App; (b) attempt to access other users' data; (c) use the App to violate any law; or (d) upload content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful.
Calufo offers an optional Premium subscription. Subscriptions are billed through your app store account and renew automatically until cancelled in your store settings. Refunds are handled per the policies of the relevant app store.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by law, Calufo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
